Hello reader!

Make yourself comfortable. I've got a few things on my mind.

The Power of a Woman Who Cannot Be Controlled

I was very young when I learned that my natural ability to know things was not accepted by most people. Perhaps that is why, when I later entered the world of psychiatry as a patient, I never told any of my therapists about my psychic or mediumistic experiences.

I knew they would either be seen as lies or as something to be diagnosed, and I didn't want that for myself. I knew what I experienced was real and natural. Something to cherish and respect and guard, and to share only with people I trusted.

These last few years, I've met and worked with several women who have had their natural abilities diagnosed as mental illness. Then they've been medicated and sometimes hospitalized to eradicate this so-called illness.

This really pisses me off!

There are absolutely times when people need psychiatric care, and when diagnosis, medication, and hospitalization are necessary and appropriate for their situation.

I am not against this when it is right for the person and in their best interest.

But I do wish the psychiatric system had a better understanding of our abilities and didn't automatically interpret our wonderful, perfectly natural abilities as symptoms of mental illness, because that is just wrong. And extremely damaging.

I sense in this just another way of suppressing people, and especially women.

From accusations of witchcraft to hysteria and beyond, this follows a destructive and dangerous pattern of patriarchy's need to control and suppress women's power.

A woman afraid of being mentally ill is easier to control. A woman who is medicated is easier to control. A woman ashamed of the stigma that comes with mental illness is easier to control.

Now, if she trusted her abilities, on the other hand, she'd be impossible to control.

A woman who is impossible to control is a great Healer. She will see through and demolish patterns, structures, and systems built to suppress the many to uphold the few.

She will naturally lean towards a matriarchal understanding of life and society, and that is the healing the world needs. This cannot be overstated.

How can you, dear Daughter of Gaia, enter your Healer Era?

Step one: Heal your trauma. This specifically means living in a non-reactive state.

Step two: Learn to live in a way that promotes self-trust. Self-trust is everything. If you cannot trust yourself, you cannot be a Healer working towards The Great Shift.

Step three: Seek other women on the same mission. We need each other. We need to take back sisterhood, gossip, and trust in each other. Be a beacon and let other women find you.

Step four: Question everything. Opt out of what does not serve you or the great Healing.

Step five: Own your powers, whatever they may be. Own your knowing, your visions, your intuition. They are yours, so accept them and use them.

Step six: Be present. Your life is now, in this moment. This moment is all there is. Use it. Enjoy it. Live it.

If you embody these six lessons, you will no longer allow your natural abilities to be defined as symptoms of mental illness, because there is no inner truth in you that accepts any part of your Being or Abilities as a symptom of illness.

What remains is wellbeing, self-trust, and natural power. And that, my dearest one, is a beautiful state to live from. It is Home. It is how you are meant to live.
